Based on Caprini risk assessment model DVT predictive nursing program in application to moderateto severe burn patients

Objective To discuss DVT risk assessment based on Caprinirisk assessment model, the application value of classification implement predictive nursing plan for moderately to severe burn patients is according to the level of risk.   Method40 inpatients with moderate to severe burn admitted by hostpital from January 2019 to June 2019 as a control group, routine nurising care for burn patients and general DVT preventive measures were implemented;  and 42 inpatients with moderate to severe brun admitted by hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 as the observation group, adopt Caprini assessment scale to proceed DVT risk ranking, then implement the corresponding predictive nursing care. The intervention effect were compared between the two groups. The results showed that patients in the observation group were superior to the control group in terms of their degree of knowledge about DVT disease and their disease and health behaviors, and the difference was statistically significant. The implementation rate of preventive nursing measures in the observatiobn group was 92% which is higher than 81% inthe control group, which the differences was satistically significant;a blood stasis occurred in the observation group after the intervention, for the control group, 2 DVT and 6 blood stasis were observed, the observation group is superior to the control group in the aspect of effect, and the differences was satistically significant.  Conclusion the proceduralnursing plan that made according to the DVT risk assessment based on Caprini scale can improve the knowledge of the DVTdisease and implementation rate of preventive measures to the patients that are moderate to servere burn, which can reduce the incidence of DVT and improve satisfaction for nursing.
